SECURE SHOPPING
All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of any delivery costs, via credit card. XIII accepts the following credit cards and options as forms of secure payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and MobilePay.
Prices listed on the website are all represented in Danish Kroner (DKK) and will be charged in DKK to your credit card, using that day’s exchange rate.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
If a desired item appears sold out online or you can’t find what you are looking for online - please contact us. Depending on the style we might able to process a special order for you. Contact us via mail@xiii.dk.

DISCLAIMER
The price advertised might not be the same charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. That means that because we are based in Denmark we have to convert your purchase to Danish Kroner (DKK) at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. If you have any queries, please contact us via mail@xiii.dk.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please supply a physical delivery address at check out as we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

DELIVERY PRICING
Free delivery worldwide on all orders over DKK 5.000
Delivery includes a tracking number and insurance. 

DUTIES & TAXES
Depending on the final destination the delivery may take longer if your item(s) requires customs clearance on arrival into your country.
XIII is not liable for any duties or taxes incurred by your country.

NON-DELIVERY
XIII will not be liable if the item can not be traced to have arrived at its final destination. If an order is lost in transit from XIII, we will either replace or refund the item.
