ADISA dress

At XIII we accept returns no later than 14 days from date of receipt. Items should be returned new and unused with hangtags attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and can be sent back to you at your own expense.

You must contact us via mail@xiii.dk within 14 days from the day you received your order. Please state your name, order number and product you would like to return, we will confirm the return and ask you to return the product(s) to the below address:

The product(s) must be sent to us within 14 days from our confirmation of the return. The cost of return is covered by you.
Please ensure to securely wrap the product(s) to avoid damage while they are in transit. You are fully responsible for the product(s) until they have been safely returned to us. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit, so we recommend that you keep a receipt of the tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

All successfully returned items will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the product(s). Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop.

This article of clothing can be machine washed at 30 degree centigrade. A gentle wash cycle is recommended to extend the life of this garment.
